How it works
Duration: approx. 12-weeks
Begins: Monday September 16th 2024
Ends: Friday December 6th 2024
Must attend 30 personal training sessions, classes, and/or BE runs in the time period
Select goal of either lose body fat % or gain muscle
Before, mid and end In-Body measurements included
Select one good habit to adopt and one bad habit to drop
Accountability partner (another participant) for maintaining habits and attendance
WhatsApp group for accountability and support
Prize money for best before and after picture
Prize money also for BEST accountability pair based on their combined In-Body results
Prize money scaled to the number of participants who complete the challenge ($150-$500 per prize)
Open to NEW and CURRENT members (both group class and personal training members)

How to Sign Up
Book your starting photos/measurements appointment time HERE
Book your mid challenge measurements appointment time HERE
Book your end photo/measurement appointment time HERE
You and your accountability partner must attend the start and end measurements to have a chance of winning
Your partner will be assigned either the week before the start or on week 1
If you need to change your appointment times we will be as accommodating as possible.
Book 30 classes, personal training sessions or BE runs (BE run must be booked on our app or booking website) between September 16th and December 7th (inclusive) via the app or contact us for assistance.
Make sure you attend all 30 workouts/runs
The winner will be announced the week of December 16th 2024

No, due to staff, room and In-Body machine availability an appointment must be made.

No, unfortunately not since exercise can skew the in-body measurements. If you need to get your measurements done before a class, contact us.

Not quite. You can attend, 24 running group runs in 12 weeks but you would need to do 6 additional workouts (either classes or personal training) to meet the requirements.

Yes you can! You can either sign up for additional group classes or personal training sessions or attend the free Body Engineers runs to make up the 30 workouts.

Yes, we will provide general nutrition guidance. We can also provide macro nutrient recommendations. For best results we would recommend tracking your nutrition using MyFitnessPal or something similar.

Absolutely, the more the merrier! If your friend signs up for the challenge with group classes or personal training, you will receive $100 in BE credits.

Yes you can, however, ClassPass bookings only count as half a visit. So in order to achieve the 30 workouts in 12-weeks requirement, you would have to attend 24 ClassPass visits and 18 BE runs in 12 weeks. Alternatively you can sign up for a BE membership and use a combination of ClassPass and BE bookings. Contact us for more information.
