How to Get Started
If you are interested in personal training, partner training, group sessions or Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), please use the following steps to enquire and/or get started with us:
Step 1: Schedule a call using the form below. We will contact you within 24 hours for a 15 minute phone call (usually within a few hours)
Step 2: Clarify your goals
Come in for an in-person consultation. During this time we will give you a tour of the facility, get clear on what success looks like for you and build a plan to ensure you get there.
Prior to the consultation please fill out our intake form.
Step 3: Take Action
Choose the program that best fits your goals and get the results you want!
