How it works
Duration: approx. 12-weeks
Begins: Monday 13th of January 2025
Ends: Sunday 6th of April 2025
Must attend at least 24 personal training sessions or classes in the time period
You choose your challenge!
Maybe you want to work on consistency, physical or mental strength, nutrition, etc.
Prize money for best personal TRANSFORMATION (based on end of challenge questionnaire or optional short video interview explaining your transformation)
Prize money scaled to the number of participants who complete the challenge ($150-$500 per prize)
Open to NEW and CURRENT members (both group class and personal training members)
Please invite your friends to join (and you will earn referral points!)

If you need to change your appointment times we will be as accommodating as possible.
Book or sign up for 24 personal training sessions or classes between 13th of January and 5th of April 2025 (inclusive)
Track your progress
Make sure you attend all 24 workouts
Submit your questionnaire or an optional video describing how you did
The winner will be announced the week of 7th of April 2025

No, due to staff, room and In-Body machine availability an appointment must be made.

No, unfortunately not since exercise can skew the in-body measurements. If you need to get your measurements done before a class, contact us.

Unfortunately not, you have to sign up for either personal training or group classes.

Yes, we will provide general nutrition guidance. We can also provide macro nutrient recommendations. For best results we would recommend tracking your nutrition using MyFitnessPal or something similar.

Absolutely, the more the merrier! If your friend signs up for the challenge with group classes or personal training, you will receive $100 in BE credits.

Yes you can, however, ClassPass bookings only count as half a visit. So in order to achieve the 24 workouts in 12-weeks requirement, you would have to attend 24 ClassPass visits and an additional 12 classes or personal training sessions through BE.
