We currently allow drop-in gym access for anyone living in the local neighbourhood.

In order to maximize the experience of our personal training clients, we currently limit the number of one-on-one or solo sessions to 3, or two partner sessions, per floor.

For the above reasons our pricing for drop-in gym access is set to $199 + HST for 10, one hour visits or $30 + HST for a single visit.

Our facility runs on an appointment only basis and therefore a time must be booked in advance (at least 1-hour before the desired time).

This can be done using our scheduling page or booking app (see links for the app at the bottom of this page).

For drop-in gym access our gym is open from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 6pm at weekends.

In order to gain access to the gym you will need a fob (which is provided when you sign up for a package of drop-in visits).

Please contact us to arrange a time to pick up the fob once you have signed up for the drop-in visits.

  • The 10 visit pass has an expiry of one year

  • The easiest way to book in a time slot is to use our booking app or booking website (links at the bottom of this page). You will need to create an account first.

  • Unfortunately not. Due to the structure of the building, weights cannot be dropped from any height in the gym. Full control must be used and the weights must be placed onto the ground. This is actually better for your body.
