Toronto Personal Trainer James Parsons
James has always had a passion for living an active lifestyle by doing something that makes the individual most happy. Whether that is through sports, hiking, biking, running or any other activity, whatever makes you feel the most fulfilled and provides a healthy stimulus for growth should be pursued.
James’ passion for health and fitness began with his love for golf. Growing up, James was an avid competitive golfer competing in provincial, national, and international events. As he continued to develop his skills as a young golfer, he became increasingly interested in training. With years of golf specific training and mobility work, James also has experience in assisting with the rehabilitation of a wide range of injuries from a variety of populations in a clinical setting. This has included anything from back pain management in geriatric populations, to sports injuries in youth.
When it comes to training, James has always believed in an individualized approach. No two people are the exact same, and everyone’s ability to exercise varies to some extent. By determining each individuals’ unique strengths and limitations, and by consistently challenging them through training and sustaining proper nutrition, anyone can achieve their fitness goals.
