A former Semi-Professional Football player, Myles has honed discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic, traits he applies to all aspects of life. His ultimate aim is to inspire others to adopt a similar mindset. And like Football, a personal trainer-client relationship is most effective when working as a communicative team.

With physical activity interests ranging from Muay Thai to Badminton, Myles emphasizes the importance of integrating an active lifestyle into daily routines. Through balanced training, recovery, nutrition, and mindfulness, he believes we can achieve and maintain long-term health.
