I would consider myself as very fitness motivated, and goal focused individual. I’ve loved working and being involved in the fitness industry since 2017, which led me down the path of being a Personal Trainer/Strength & Conditioning Coach. In addition to being well-rounded in the world of health & fitness, I am also heavily interested in sports and activities such as Soccer, Basketball, American Football, Hiking and Rock Climbing.

I firmly believe that individuals often underestimate their true potential, and thus, my passion lies in guiding them beyond their perceived limitations. I'm convinced that physical exertion is a catalyst for mental clarity and critical thinking. I actively inspire those in my sphere to engage in daily physical activities, ranging from resistance training, endurance workouts, and yoga, to playing sports or hiking. The transformative power of just an hour of exercise each day is truly astounding, profoundly enhancing our happiness, mobility, longevity, and the overall quality of life.

Education/Certifications:

  • Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer (UK)

  • Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach (UK)

  • CPR-C and SFA from Canadian Red Cross

Availability:

  • Tuesday and Thursday all day

  • Sunday morning and afternoon
