Body composition measurements taken at the start and end
Must attend 12 classes or personal training sessions (or a combination of the 2 totalling 12 sessions)
Or you can attend for FREE with the BE running group
Biggest improvement in body fat percentage and muscle mass wins!
If there is a tie, the participant who has attended the most sessions wins (including the runs).
Open to NEW and CURRENT members (both group class and personal training members)
The WINNER will receive $250 in CASH
In addition, one randomly selected participant, who completes all the requirements, will win $100 in BE credits

If you need to change your appointment times we will be as accommodating as possible.
Book 12 classes, personal training sessions or (free) runs between January 2nd and February 12th (inclusive) via the app or contact us for assistance.
Make sure you attend at least 12 workouts/runs
The winner will be announced the week of February 13th 2023

FAQs:
Can I just walk in and get my measurements done? No, due to staff, room and In-Body machine availability an appointment must be made.
I am already a group class member, can I sign up for the 6-week, unlimited classes package for $349? This offer is generally for participants new to group classes or previous members. The pass starts on January 2nd 2023 so if you are already a member you will likely have overlapping memberships.
Can I participate in the challenge for FREE? Yes you can! In order to do so, you must attend and complete all 12 running group runs between January 2nd and February 12th.
I am only doing one group class or personal training session a week at the moment, can I still participate? Yes you can! You can either sign up for additional group classes or personal training sessions or attend the free Body Engineers runs to make up the 12 workouts.
Will nutrition advice be provided? Yes, we will provide general nutrition guidance.
Can I invite my friend to join the challenge? Absolutely, the more the merrier! If your friend signs up for the challenge with group classes or personal training, you will receive $100 in BE credits.
How do I sign up for the challenge with personal training? Contact us here to set up a free consultation where we can discuss the various different options and times.
I want to sign up for the challenge with classes but I don’t want to commit to any longer than 6-weeks, is that possible? Yes, absolutely! You can sign up for the 6-weeks of unlimited classes for $349 here.
I am a ClassPass user, can I join the challenge? Yes you can, however, ClassPass bookings only count as half a visit. So in order to achieve the 12 classes in 6-weeks requirement, you would have to book and attend, 24 ClassPass visits in 6-weeks or you can achieve the requirement by combining BE runs with ClassPass bookings (i.e. 6 BE Runs and 12 ClassPass bookings). Alternatively you can sign up for a BE membership and use a combination of ClassPass and BE bookings. Contact us for more information.
