Our Vision

Our vision is a world full of Body Engineers.

A community who can control their mind and body to achieve anything.

Our Mission

Our mission is for you to BE Your Best You for life.

Our focus is to reduce/minimize pain and maximize energy, confidence, performance, longevity and happiness.

We want you to do the things you love into your 70s, 80s and beyond.

Too often we can’t do what we love anymore because of pain, injury, illness or we lack the strength, energy and mobility. We say “I am too old for this”. We are on a mission to stop that.

Our Values

Becoming a Body Engineer is a skill that stems from our core values. We are never complacent and always willing to learn. Our values have earned us the trust of our community and many happy customers.

  • What does it mean:

It means being honest to yourself and others. Having respect for yourself and others. Following through with your word. Treat others how you expect to be treated. Say things how they are with empathy. Trying things out for yourself before drawing conclusions or making decisions on something. Doing what you think it best in every situation.

    What it doesn’t mean:

Not practising what you preach. Say you will do something and then not following through. Being disrespectful. Treating others badly but then expecting others to treat you well. Being dishonest to yourself and to others. Not saying how you feel. Blindly following other peoples advice.

  • What does it mean:

We are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and the quality of our services. As individuals we are always looking to improve our knowledge and skills so that we can better serve others. It is not about being perfect but always improving. It is about asking for constructive feedback and using the information to deliver a better service and also become a better person. It also means paying attention to the details so that you can continually improve on them.

    What it does doesn’t mean:

It means thinking that you know it all. Not learning from others or reading. Not asking for feedback or the opinion of others. It means not being detail oriented.

  • What does it mean:

Realizing that you are not going to necessarily be good at the beginning. Believe in the process. Keep trying when it gets tough. Be willing to try different approaches and stay positive.

    What it doesn’t mean:

Saying it doesn’t work after the first go or after not doing your best. Not believing in yourself. Negative mindset.

  • What does it mean:

Going above and beyond for your yourself and others. It is your passion to help others and to outperform with outstanding customer service. Being results driven.

    What it doesn’t mean:

Doing the minimum amount of work. Not caring for the success of others.
