Patryk has always been passionate about helping others and making a positive impact on those around him. His journey in the fitness world began at the young age of 16 when he immersed himself in the gym environment, assisting others and cultivating his love for health and wellness. This early start, combined with his competitive sports background, propelled him to pursue a full-time career in health and fitness after completing his education.

Patryk is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, whether it's weight loss, rehabilitation, or nutritional guidance. With over 8 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients—from athletes to the general population—he is passionate about empowering his clients to realise their full potential both physically and mentally. He thrives on those moments when his clients surpass their own expectations, lose significant weight (with many shedding an average of 20 kg), and maintain their progress over time.

His own athletic pursuits enhance his coaching philosophy. Patryk has competed in natural bodybuilding competitions, securing 4th place overall, and regularly participates in Hyrox competitions and marathons. These experiences not only fuel his personal growth but also provide him with valuable insights that he passes on to his clients.

Patryk believes that the hardest part of any fitness journey is staying consistent. He is motivated by his clients' results and the profound impact he has on their lives. His mission is to help as many people as possible live healthier, happier lives by providing them with the tools and support they need to stay committed to their goals.
