Toronto Personal Trainer Riley Tripp
Riley is an avid advocate for fitness and nutrition. He has played competitive sports from rep hockey to high school basketball to university football and has been training his entire life. He boasts an extensive background in coaching elite level football and coordinating youth football & basketball camps. He developed an affinity for fitness during high school and participated in sport-specific football training for several years. He is a firm believer that exercise, along with proper nutrition, is one of the most important aspects of a healthy, fulfilled life. It is also one of the greatest tools in fostering genuine camaraderie and bringing people together.
Riley understands that people are always capable of doing more than they think is possible for them, therefore, he loves to push people past their limits. To be mentally clear and able to think critically, we must push ourselves physically. He encourages everyone around him to move their body every day, whether that be resistance training, endurance training, yoga, playing sports or hiking. It is amazing what an hour of exercise training a day can do to our happiness, mobility, longevity and overall quality of life.
